Chamomile Lavender Tea

Ingredients:

  • Chamomile flowers

  • Dried lavender

  • Hot water

  • Honey (optional, for sweetness)



Preparation Instructions:

  1. Boil water and let it cool slightly for a minute.

  2. Place chamomile flowers and dried lavender in a teapot or tea infuser.

  3. Pour the hot water over the herbs, covering them completely.

  4. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

  5. Strain the tea to remove the chamomile flowers and lavender.

  6. Optionally, sweeten your Chamomile Lavender Tea with honey.

  7. Pour the fragrant tea into a cup and take a moment to inhale the calming aroma.
